I set up a (user) message rule to move certain messages to another folder (from inbox) and mark it read.

On testing I noticed the messages never appear in the folder but were being quarantined, I don't use the quarantine feature in VPOP3 it's switched off.

I found if I disable the mark read action the messages move to the folder as expected (But unread).

I'm using V5.0d Enteprise.

we are here GMT + 3, time and date is correct on server and client machine, but I noted that within Vpop Webmail time stamps are another 3 hours ahead. This is not the case in Outlook.

It seems like Vpop is adding + 3 twice.

Can that be?

Greetings, Manfred

I am using the latest release of vpop3 and since I upgraded from version 3 I see an extra dot at the end of every mail I receive via the pop3 server.

Quote:

Met vriendelijke groeten,
--
Nic

.

Every mail that arrives from the vpop pop3 server has this extra dot at the end of the message, it is everytime below the mail's signature.

Someone knows how to remove this?

Grtz,

we have just started having both users and admin's setting autoresponders.

we have noticed that although the user date range autoresponders are working correctly (on generating auto responses within the specified range), when we then look at users status within the admin interface they will show as having autoreponder enabled, even though it is not actually active?

this is very confusing, as there is also no date range field within the admin pages, so there is no way of know if user has a active auto-responder or not?

i would have thought the auto-responder symbol should only show for an enabled and active responder?

thanks

The only way I have managed to get them to clear is to completely log out of the web mail/admin interface and log back in again.
Thank you.

I just upgraded to vpop3 4.0.0b and I'm not able to view my mail in the webmail interface. The headers are listed, but the preview pane is not showing anything. I cannot open the mails either.

I have tried with Opera, IE and Firefox

This is very disappointing, I use the web interface frequently.

Is this a known problem? and is there a solution in the make?

Best regards,

1) The web mail is a hell of a lot slower to load.

2) I cant read any of my emails, I click on them but they don't open at all.

Also on a related note it would be nice if it were possible to open the email in a new window instead of the "preview pane" as would it also be nice if you could disable the preview pane per user and/or globally too (I haven't seen an option to do this yet but I may have missed it.)

Thank you.

Greylisting V 4.00a

Hi Paul

I think the "Customise Greylisting" dialog could do with a review.

When the dialog appears, nothing appears below the "General" tab; you have to click off and click back on to the tab to see its content.

Adding a Sender to the Sender Whitelist appears to do nothing when you click the "Add New" button.

The above also appears to happen for all of the other whitelist tabs in Greylisting.

All of the above accessed using Firefox 3.6.10.

Cheers
when doing a new email in Vpop 4.00a web mailer, I do not find a way to access entries in the address book. Address completion was one of the features mentioned in the feature list of V 4.

Thanks for helping,
