Version 2.6.0f of VPOP3 and VPOP3 Enterprise Released

We are pleased to announce the release of VPOP3 2.6.0f.

This is a non-beta version of VPOP3.

This is a free upgrade for all users of VPOP3 2.0.0 and later.

The main differences between VPOP3 2.6.0f and 2.6.0b are:

Fix problem with attachment extraction to a UNC path
Fix problem with automatic redirection of http to https
Fix problem with message data clearing after spell check
Fix problem with autoresponder date validity setting via webmail
Add logging of active LAN forwarding addresses for people with limited licences
Fix problem in Webmail displaying messages in certain charactersets
Fix problem with reading users for ODBC mailing lists

VPOP3 for Windows Home Server Beta Released

We are pleased to announce the release of the first beta version of VPOP3 for Windows Home Server.

This is a version of our VPOP3 mail server software for Windows Home Server.

It will only run on the Microsoft Windows Home Server platform, and supports up to the 10 users supported by Windows Home Server, and can be administered using the Windows Home Server console.

VPOP3 for WHS is paid for on an annual subscription basis of ??40 (+VAT if applicable) per year, including the software and spam filter subscription for up to 10 users.

Version 2.6.0b of VPOP3 and VPOP3 Enterprise Released

We are pleased to announce the release of VPOP3 2.6.0b.

This is a non-beta version of VPOP3.

This is a free upgrade for all users of VPOP3 2.0.0 and later.

The main differences between VPOP3 2.6.0b and 2.6.0 are:

Disable MD5 auth methods when running on WHS because it requires NT passwords
Fix daily quarantine report generator not to use as much memory
Fix possible deadlock in Webmail viewer
Add option to disable automatic IP address corrections
Allow https:// prefix to be specified in Quarantine Server address
Add logging of IM messages
Improvements to anonymous quarantine viewer in WebMail
Improvements to autoresponder editor in WebMail
Add WHS support components
Fix database update error for spamfilter Bayesian data
Fix problem with ListServer operations in VPOP3 Standard
Fix unnecessary truncation of address book data in WebMail
Fix problem downloading some attachments from WebMail
Fix problem with encryption selection on Services page in Firefox
